Generic self-hosting Helm chart split from Tuist production overlay

Self-hosters can now deploy Hive from a generic, reusable Helm chart without any Tuist-specific values. Tuist’s own production configuration is split into a separate values-production.yaml overlay, so anyone can start from the base chart and layer on their own host, secrets, storage, and authentication settings.
