Generic Helm chart for self-hosting

The Helm chart is now generic by default and free of Tuist-specific assumptions. You can deploy your own Hive instance by providing your own host, an existing Kubernetes Secret via secrets.existingSecret, and the auth provider environment variables you need. Tuist’s own production configuration is preserved as a separate values-production.yaml overlay.
