Helm chart is generic with a separate production overlay

The Helm chart is now generic by default, with no Tuist-specific hostnames, pull secrets, or external secrets baked in. Operators can use values.yaml as a plain starting point, while the Tuist production overlay is split into values-production.yaml and applied during deployment. This makes it easier for anyone to deploy their own Hive instance without editing Tuist-specific resources.
