Finder-zipped binary artifacts no longer break generation with __MACOSX sidecars

Extracting binary artifacts from Finder-created archives no longer leaves __MACOSX resource-fork shadow bundles in the artifact cache. These shadow bundles previously caused tuist generate to fail with malformed xcframework errors, such as with Plaid’s LinkKit. The shadow directories are now stripped after extraction and skipped during scanning.
