Feed entries link directly to source context

Drop feed entries now link to the most relevant source context when Hive knows it, such as the GitHub issue, GitHub pull request, or changelog permalink behind the drop. The drop detail page is used only as a fallback when no source link is available. Atom feed imports also prefer alternate entry links over self links when choosing a permalink.
