Drop feed entries link to the source context

Entries in the drops feed now send subscribers to the source that explains the change. When Hive has one, a feed entry links to the GitHub issue, GitHub pull request, or changelog permalink behind a drop instead of the generic drop link. Changelog imports imported via Atom feeds now pick the canonical alternate link as the entry permalink when one is present.
