Update

The README has been reorganized to help new users get started more quickly. It now leads with installation instructions using mise’s GitHub backend (since the previous ubi backend is deprecated and will be removed in mise 2027.1.0), includes a quick-taste workflow, and highlights the value proposition up front. Build-from-source instructions have been moved to the bottom for contributors.
