Feed entries point to source context links

Drop feed entries now link to the most relevant source context when Hive has one, such as the GitHub issue, GitHub pull request, or changelog permalink behind the drop. Hive drop detail links are only used as a fallback when no source link is available. Atom feeds also now prefer alternate entry links over self links when choosing the canonical entry permalink.
