Build-runs dashboard “does not contain” text filter no longer crashes

Applying the “does not contain” operator to any text filter on the build-runs dashboard (Branch, Xcode or Gradle version, macOS or Java version, and similar fields) crashed the page with a 500 error. The filter now works correctly on both the Xcode and Gradle build runs views, matching the behavior already present on the test, generate, and cache runs dashboards.
