Build-runs dashboard no longer crashes with “does not contain” filters

Filtering build runs with the “does not contain” operator on text fields like Branch, Xcode/Gradle version, or macOS/Java version now works correctly. Previously, the build-runs dashboard returned a 500 error whenever this operator was selected, so users can filter again without the page crashing.
