Generic Helm chart for self-hosting

The default Helm chart is now generic and no longer assumes Tuist-specific hosts, image pull secrets, or an external secret operator. Operators can bring their own Kubernetes secret with secrets.existingSecret and deploy with a simple copy-pasteable recipe. Tuist’s production settings are split into a separate values-production.yaml overlay.
