Updated README with self-hosting and auth setup docs

The README was rewritten to explain Hive’s purpose (LLM and agentic product shaping), how to self-host, and how to configure Google or generic OIDC auth. It also includes a copy-pasteable recipe for deploying with the generic Helm chart and bring-your-own Kubernetes secret.
