Generic Helm chart for self-hosted Hive

The Hive Helm chart is now generic and can be used for self-hosted deployments without Tuist-specific defaults. The default values no longer assume a Tuist hostname, image pull secret, 1Password/External Secrets Operator integration, or Hetzner Cloud storage, so a plain helm install works with your own values. Tuist’s own production overlay moves to a separate values-production.yaml, which keeps the published chart reusable while Tuist continues to deploy its own instance.
