Log in with Google or a generic OIDC provider

Hive now supports OpenID Connect login. Administrators can configure Google as a built-in provider or point to any OIDC issuer. The login page renders one button per configured provider, and email-domain allowlists restrict who can sign in. On public instances, the provider buttons are shown alongside an option to continue without signing in.
