Hive Docker image 0.1.0 published to GHCR with package link

Hive now ships as a Docker image from the GitHub Container Registry. The 0.1.0 release adds a link to the GHCR package page in the release notes so readers can browse available versions and pull ghcr.io/tuist/hive:0.1.0 directly.
