Polished spec form dropdowns and product badges

Status and visibility dropdowns when creating or editing specs now use the Noora design-system dropdown instead of native browser selects. Spec product badges in the specs table are also styled as large Noora badges, and route CSS no longer overrides internal Noora badge styles.
