Flash messages render inline instead of as floating toasts

Success and error flash messages on the dashboard, account, and operations pages now render inline above the page content instead of as floating toast overlays. The previous fixed-position flash stack could cover unrelated controls and was easy to miss, so page-level status feedback is now anchored directly above the content that produced it.
