Open Graph card link previews are no longer trimmed

Shared link previews no longer crop the footer of generated cards. Generated Open Graph cards are now produced at 1920 by 1008 (instead of 1920 by 1080) with tightened vertical spacing across the brand, title, description, author, and footer areas, so the footer stays inside the visible frame when preview surfaces crop to a wider ratio. The card renderer version was also bumped, which causes previously stored cards to regenerate with the new layout the next time they are requested.
