Fix stuck page scrolling after deleting a project or domain

Deleting a project or domain no longer leaves page scrolling locked after the app navigates back to the list. The delete modal is now properly closed before the navigation, so the scroll lock the modal applies is released and you can scroll the projects and domains lists normally.
