Module Cache destinations now display in a stable, sorted order

The Module Cache tab in build and test run dashboards now shows each target’s destinations in a stable, sorted order. The same module will no longer appear to change between runs just because the order of iPad, iPhone, and Mac with iPad design shifted. This is a cosmetic change only: cache keys and hit/miss outcomes are unchanged. The “Copy as JSON” export also uses the same sorted order, so the dashboard and exported data stay consistent.
