tuist generate stays stable on very large dependency graphs

Graph processing in CircleDependencyLinter, GraphCircularDetector, topological sort, ModuleMapMapper, and StaticProductsGraphLinter now uses explicit stacks instead of recursion. Large, deep but acyclic Tuist dependency graphs no longer crash tuist generate with a stack overflow, while keeping existing diagnostics and ordering.
