SwifterPM update: clean __MACOSX bundles and streamed resolve output

The SwifterPM dependency has been updated, which fixes two issues. Finder-zipped binary artifacts with a __MACOSX/ AppleDouble sidecar (such as Plaid’s LinkKit) no longer break generation, because the shadow bundles are stripped after extraction and skipped during scanning. Also, the output of delegated swift package resolve runs is now streamed through so resolution progress is visible instead of appearing stalled.
