Update

The pinned SwifterPM dependency was updated to 0.8.12, fixing two issues: Finder-zipped binary artifacts that carry a __MACOSX sidecar no longer confuse the artifact scanner with shadow bundles, and delegated swift package resolve output is now streamed so normal resolution shows SwiftPM progress instead of appearing stalled. A later release in this train also bumps SwifterPM to 0.8.13 to use SwiftPM’s artifact scratch path for restores.
