SwiftPM artifact extraction and resolution improvements

The SwifterPM-backed SwiftPM integration has been moved forward through two upstream releases. Finder-zipped binary artifacts such as Plaid’s LinkKit no longer break tuist generate, because the artifact scanner strips top-level __MACOSX AppleDouble shadows after unzip and skips __MACOSX entries while recursing. Delegated swift package resolve runs now stream their stdout and stderr so resolution progress is visible instead of appearing stalled. Restore now uses SwiftPM’s artifact scratch path, fixing upstream restore path handling.
