Fix SwiftPM binary artifact extraction and show resolution progress

Bumped SwifterPM to 0.8.12. Finder-zipped binary artifacts that carry a __MACOSX AppleDouble sidecar, such as Plaid’s LinkKit, no longer cause tuist generate to fail. SwiftPM resolve output is now streamed so users see progress instead of a stalled installation.
