tuist generate now handles Finder-zipped binary artifacts with __MACOSX sidecars

The SwifterPM integration is updated to 0.8.12, which strips the __MACOSX/ resource-fork directories that Finder-zipped binary artifacts carry. Before this fix, artifacts like Plaid’s LinkKit could end up with a shadow xcframework in the cache, making tuist generate fail with an error such as the Info.plist not being found in the __MACOSX shadow path. The cache is now cleaned and the scanner skips those entries.
