SwifterPM 0.8.12: skip __MACOSX bundles and stream resolve output

The SwifterPM dependency has been updated to 0.8.12, which strips __MACOSX shadow bundles from extracted binary artifacts and streams output from delegated swift package resolve runs. This fixes generation failures with Finder-zipped artifacts like Plaid’s LinkKit and makes resolution output visible instead of appearing stalled.
