SwifterPM updates fix artifact extraction and resolution output

The SwifterPM dependency was updated to fix two issues: Finder-zipped binary artifacts with a __MACOSX shadow bundle no longer cause generation failures like a missing Info.plist, and the SwiftPM resolution progress is now streamed to the user instead of appearing stalled.
