Skip __MACOSX shadow bundles and stream SwiftPM resolve output

Bumping SwifterPM fixes two issues in the Swift Package Manager integration. Finder-zipped binary artifacts that include a __MACOSX AppleDouble sidecar no longer cause generation failures like “doesn’t contain an Info.plist”. tuist install and tuist generate also forward SwiftPM resolution progress instead of appearing stalled.
