Update

Tuist CLI now uses SwifterPM 0.8.1, which includes improved resolver progress reporting and fixes for binary artifact restoration. This also keeps the CLI on the latest SwifterPM release with recent fixes for generated package path sanitization, test-only dependency resolution, private registry authentication, and CI cache restoration.
