Finder-zipped binary artifacts no longer break generation with __MACOSX sidecars

SwifterPM now strips the __MACOSX resource-fork sidecar from extracted binary artifact archives and skips it during scanning. This fixes generation failures with Finder-zipped artifacts such as Plaid LinkKit, where the shadow bundle previously won over the real xcframework.
