Update

Tuist now decodes and maps SwiftPM warning-control settings such as treatAllWarnings, treatWarning, and enableWarning into the corresponding Xcode flags. Projects that use newer SwiftPM warning APIs, including swift-dependencies 1.13.0, now load and generate successfully.
