Faster project generation for large workspaces

tuist generate is now faster on large workspaces thanks to a more efficient lookup in the tree-shake mapper. A production benchmark on a monorepo with roughly 750 targets saw cold tuist generate drop from 232 s to 181 s, and warm runs from about 20 s to 15 s.
