This server release improves the reliability of Tuist Cloud runners.
- Leaked runner pods are now reaped automatically: pods that carry an owner label but have no active claim are detected and cleaned up within about five minutes, so they can no longer pin node memory and block the warm pool.
- Your builds are less likely to stall: deploys, failed JIT mints, or runners that never register can no longer leave owner-stamped pods running forever and wedge the Linux fleet.
