SwifterPM restores artifacts to SwiftPM’s expected path

SwifterPM has been updated to restore binary artifacts under SwiftPM’s canonical .build/artifacts scratch path, so generated Xcode projects find expected inputs such as GoogleAppMeasurement. Previously they were restored under a swifterpm-specific namespace, causing missing-input build failures.
