SwiftPM integration now skips __MACOSX shadow bundles and streams resolve output

Updating SwifterPM to 0.8.12 fixes two issues in the SwiftPM integration. Finder-zipped binary artifacts, such as Plaid’s LinkKit, sometimes carry a __MACOSX AppleDouble shadow bundle that was incorrectly selected over the real framework, causing tuist generate to fail with an Info.plist error. Tuist now strips those shadows. In addition, output from delegated swift package resolve runs is streamed, so resolution progress is visible instead of appearing stalled.
