Update

This runner image update improves release reliability and refreshes the managed Kura runtime.

  • The release pipeline now waits for both CLI release jobs to succeed before merging Linux artifacts, and the macOS CLI release timeout has been increased from 50 to 75 minutes. This prevents secondary artifact-merge failures when a macOS build is cancelled or times out.
  • The pinned managed Kura runtime has been updated to 0.7.3, restoring module-cache access for older supported CLI versions.
