Allow folder resources to overlap sources

Tuist now supports a copied folder resource coexisting with nested source file references at the same absolute path. This fixes a regression introduced in 4.182.0 where preserving local Swift package test targets could cause a build phase error because a test resource copy tried to add a Swift test file to a missing build phase. Folder resources and source groups can now overlap safely during project generation.
