Faster manifest loading with recursive exclusion globs

Tuist no longer expands recursive exclusion patterns, such as Documentation/internal/**/*, into full path sets before filtering. This reduces the time spent traversing and materializing excluded subtrees, so projects that use recursive globs load their manifests noticeably faster.
