SwiftPM extracts ignore __MACOSX shadows and stream resolve progress

SwifterPM 0.8.12 strips __MACOSX shadow bundles from extracted archives and forwards delegated SwiftPM output during resolution. Plaid LinkKit and other Finder-zipped SwiftPM binary artifacts no longer make tuist generate abort because the artifact scanner picked the AppleDouble shadow instead of the real xcframework, and tuist install / tuist generate now show SwiftPM progress while resolving instead of appearing stalled.
