This release of the xcresult Processor image makes cross-region replication for managed Kura regions unconditional. You no longer need to set the TUIST_KURA_CROSS_REGION_REPLICATION_ENABLED flag to enable it, and the shared peer TLS secret is always configured for managed regions.
