This release improves dashboard navigation, runner observability, and alert validation.

You can now track runner pool allocation and cold-boot risk in the dashboard. New per-pool metrics show target, allocated, minimum warm floor, and warm deficit replicas, so you can see when a pool is squeezed below its warm guarantee under capacity contention. Dispatch outcomes are also reported per fleet with more granular telemetry.

The sidebar is easier to navigate: click a group label to open its page, and click the chevron to expand or collapse the group. The sidebar also uses a thinner overlay scrollbar, and the dashboard uses a fixed app-shell layout so the header stays in place while you scroll content.

Saving a bundle size alert rule with a blank Branch field now shows an inline “Branch is required” error and keeps the modal open, instead of failing silently.
